Junior Curriculum

The Junior School will combine the Chinese core curriculum and, in addition, include extra subjects taught in English and a diverse range of activities.  This will enable the students to develop their linguistic skills even further, ready for a seamless transition to IGCSE and A Level. We will also teach Chinese cultural education, moral education and STEM education as a central part of the students’ overall development. We also plan to offer the following extra-curricular activities.

From the very first day of school, English will be at the core of each student’s learning. Maths, Science, Music, Art, Physical Education, Information Technology and Drama will be taught in English. Most of our extra-curricular activities will be conducted in English, giving the students the opportunity of using English in a realistic setting and in so doing, developing their fluency and confidence.
