Admission Policy
Target Applicants
Sedbergh School is now accepting applications to recruit excellent Chinese and foreign students nationally and globally for the 2024-2025 academic year. Kindergarten to G11 students are welcome to apply.
Application Process
List of Application Documents

  • For Kindergarten

    1. Complete an application form.
    2. Copies of student and guardian's passports/ID cards/household register (original copy will be checked)
    3. A copy of birth certificate (original copy will be checked)
    4. Vaccination Certificate
    5. Four one-inch colour photos recently taken (with digital copy)

  • For Junior School to Senior School

    1. Complete an application form.
    2. Copies of student and guardian's passports/ID cards/household register (original copy will be checked)
    3. Four one-inch colour photos recently taken (with digital copy)
    4. A school recommendation letter or certificates of award (if applicable)

Charging Standards
Sedbergh School charging standards for 2024-2025 academic year are as follows:
1.Kindergarten: RMB 100,000 /academic year/student
2.Junior School: RMB 150,000/academic year/student
3.Bilingual Lower Senior School: RMB 180,000 yuan/academic year/student; Lower Senior School: RMB 108,000 yuan/academic year/student
4.Bilingual Upper Senior School: RMB 200,000 yuan/academic year/student; Upper Senior School: RMB 120,000 yuan/academic year/student
Note: The tuition fees do not include boarding fees, school bus fees, meal expenses, textbook fees, uniforms fees, overseas study and exchange fees, and other agency fees.
